Sigma Pro – Keyline Machines

Sigma Pro is a high-speed electronic key cutting machine for bit, double bit, pump and special, angular cut keys.

The graphic interface and colour touch screen controls make it easy to use for any operator and at the same time gives access to advanced software tools that are essential for the more expert and demanding users.

The key cutting cycle is short thanks to the original key being read without further adjustments and without the use of any other tool. The bitting is read in a few seconds, thanks to the machine’s innovative visualisation system, that can recognise and correct automatically the shifts and inclination of the key against the optimal position. A second, in-depth reading function is also available, that makes it possible to make several corrections, in the case of worn or damaged keys, while the key is being cut.

The key to be read is locked in place by a single-locking point clamp.

Sigma Pro can cut a wide range of keys, thanks to the additional, easily exchangeable clamps.

The USB, Ethernet and serial ports configuration makes it possible to connect the machine to external multimedia systems, thus simplifying the software and database updates.

Its next generation software includes several very useful functions, including the management of multiple users, the saving of the cut keys, the importing of customised data, an on board user manual and the possibility of downloading the updates from the cloud.

The Liger software developed by Keyline stands out for its capacity to process every cutting system and easily receives software updates. Complex operations are made extremely simple and intuitive thanks to the modern user interface, which is simple and easy to learn.
